In December 2021, K Care Healthcare Solutions announced the acquisition of Carilex Medical ANZ. K Care is an Australian-owned family business, that designs, manufactures, distributes, and supplies wholesale healthcare equipment solutions to healthcare dealer networks, Hospitals, Aged Residential facilities, and  Community Care facilities, for Australian and international markets.
